HOW
TO JOIN?
Previously, it took longer to join the
league and it also involved a lot of work. Good news, now it could take just
two or three days to be a part of the league, depending on how you respond to
the application procedures.
It will be simpler now, but at the same
time the application procedures will be more strict. However, if you follow
exactly the application stages, you should have no problem.
Now read carefully if you are interested to
join, and follow the instructions:-
STEP
ONE
Step One is quite simple, you should take a
look at any free teams. All new managers will be offered free teams according
to the order of the team’s time of free declaration. Usually the team with the
lowest number (Free No 2, etc.) will be offered to the new manager. Most likely
you will be offered Free Team No 1 (Free No 1).

TWO
After you decided on your team (if you are
willing to accept the team offered, or you would rather wait until your
preferred team becomes the Free Team No 1), you will need to answer some
questions after which you will need to send the answers to me.
QUESTIONS 1.
- Where did you came to know about this League?
- Do you have regular internet access?
- Do you think you will have enough free time to play in the
League?
- Do you think you will be interested enough to play in this
league?
QUESTIONS 2 (Personal Details)
- What is your name?
- What is your age?
- What is your current location?
- What is your current occupation?
- What is your favourite M-League team?
- What are your hobbies?
- What is your email address?
QUESTIONS 3 (You will need to answer this
questionaire of 50 questions regarding the League. The purpose of this is to
make sure you understand the Rules of the League. You can get the answers from
the League Rules)
LBM QUIZ
- When was the League created?
- Who created the software with what the League was runned with?
- If a manager fails to send the lineups for his team’s match,
how much will his team be fined?
- How many teams will be promoted from Premier Two at the end of
the regular season?
- When will the League matches played?
- How many rounds there are in the National Cup?
- How will a National Cup game be decided if the score is tied
after 90 minutes?
- Where will be the semi-finals and final of the National Cup
held?
- If a team won both the League and the National Cup, who will
face them in next season’s Charity Cup?
- What is the minimum number of games a team can play in a season
and what is the maximum?
- The Academy League is for players in what age group?
- If a manager promotes his own youth team’s player, the
promotion fees will be discounted for how much?
- How many teams there are in the Academy League and how many
divisions in the League?
- How many games minimum an Academy League will play per season?
- In the All-Stars Game, how much will the winning manager get
after the match?
- How much does a manager gets for managing the national team?
- Name one thing that happens during the Preseason.
- Name the three major League Sponsors.
- For every point won, how much will Petronas pay at the end of
the season?
- TV3 will play how much money for the National Cup winners?
- Name the two types of Club Sponsors.
- Name any of the Secondary Sponsors starting with the letter
‘M’.
- How much is the minimum to bid for the sponsorships?
- How much does a season ticket cost?
- How much you will have to pay for a seat to watch an LBM match?
- Why does a Cup match can be very profitable to your team?
- How much TV3 will pay for each live match?
- Will refreshment outlets and club shops give you income when
your team play away for the week?
- How much will it cost to maintain a Level 2 scoreboard per
week?
- What is the minimum and maximum number of players you must have
in your club?
- When will a player retire?
- What is the range for any skill levels?
- Can you train a player to increase his speed?
- What is the maximum number of player you can train for each
match?
- If a player is between 24 and 26 year of age, how many fitness
points can he lose per match due to playing or training/
- How many fitness points can a player gain if he is not playing
or training (resting)?
- What is basically a player’s ‘want’?
- Every preseason, how much money will be given to each club to
help paying the players’ wages?
- How many players you can sign for the free players’ list each
week during the transfer window?
- If you are going to renew a player’s contract, up to how many
years you can resign him?
- How much will be the cost to build a Level 4 stand/
- How many lots there are in a Level 3 car park?
- What does the tactic OD means?
- When are the deadlines for sending lineups for matches?
- Name any of the Club Orders.
- What does “Renew # 239 Genarro Gatusso 2 seasons” means?
- How much money will a team whose player wins the Golden or
Silver Shoe get?
- If you are an interim team coach, at least how many players you
should put under training in each match?
- How much money will a manager will at least 80% ratings will
get at the end of the season?
- How much does an article for the League magazine can give for a
manager?
Remember, answer
the above questions and then send the answers to me. There should be no problem if
you are really interested. If you passed the LBM Quiz by having at least 42
correct answers, you will get RM100000 for your team. You SHOULD answer all 3
parts of the questions. Anything less or not in order might affect your
application.
STEP THREE
After which I
check your answers and decide everything is in order, I will email you telling
that you are officially appointed for the position of the manager for the free
team. You can start managing your team from that moment on. You can know on how
to manage your team by referring to the Rules or by asking me or the manager
who referred you to the League.
STEP FOUR
You will need to register for the League
Forum (LBM Elite Forum). You will need to use your team name as your username.
You will also need to send me some login details to enable me to create a login
system where you can submit your lineups and club orders.
